Automating system entity creation processes for an AI system
Project Overview
The system's purpose is to take existing "entities" from the company's systems and apply changes and manipulations to adapt them for the AI system under development.
Before the system's implementation, this work was performed manually using Excel files
Persona
The primary users of the system are product managers, whose role is to accurately define the relevant entities and establish connections between the existing systems where the data is stored and the future systems that will generate and analyze the data. This is aimed at providing complete and reliable information to military personnel
Main Problem
Before the new system, the process of entity conversion between systems was done manually using Excel.
The system enables efficient and fast workflows, with a dashboard providing status updates and access to all ongoing processes.
The Solution
The main page displays a dashboard showing the progress of all processes and information about their source. From the main page, users can directly access incomplete processes and continue working on them

The process of making changes is irreversible, so I added a summary stage where the changes can be reviewed before uploading the data to the system

The table was designed to enable easy filtering and searching
